You all are aware with the Calculator, a default application of Microsoft Windows; it is used for various types of calculations with different modes. It can be opened by typing “calc” in Run.
There are 4 modes of Windows Calculator:
- Normal mode: where you can perform basic calculations
- Scientific mode: where you can perform advanced calculations using scientific formulas, trigonometry formulas.
- Programmers mode: where you can perform programming related calculations using Hexadecimal, Octal, Binary and Decimal values with programming related operator like OR, XOR, left shift, right shift etc.
- Statistics mode: where you can perform slight complex operations like inverse function etc
Switch calculator modes using shortcut keys
These are the shortcut keys, using them you can easily switch between the modes:
